I bought this at Trader Joe’s a few days ago and am just getting around to trying it now. It’s a paper teabag which is definitely one drawback but the price was super cheap.

I decided to steep two teabags up in a large mug. Yeah it definitely tastes like paper to me, oh well. Aside from that the strongest element in here is the clove which seems VERY strong, it’s almost to the point of bitterness. I don’t really understand all the positive reviews of this because I think it’s a bit icky but nothing ventured, nothing gained, so they say. I did add soymilk and a teaspoon of sugar but it isn’t one of my favorite rooibos blends at all… hopefully I will manage to finish the box.

Flavors: Cloves

Preparation
Boiling 5 min, 30 sec
