This reminds me of bubble gum which isn’t a bad thing but the last rooibos I had (rooibos de provence) had a similar tone. Still good! This one sold me by dry leaf scent and I’ll continue to drink the rest of my stash. Maybe I’ll try adding a bit of milk or something to this.

drank Organic The Glow by DAVIDsTEA

Every time I walk into/by/near a DAVIDsTEA it has a distinct smell and I feel this is exactly what it smells like (when brewed and tasted). I’ve been exploring all their herbals lately and The Glow has always been on my to try list. I brewed it for 4 mins and it turned out a nice mild, not overly powerful blend. Not looking at what’s in it but what I can pick out right away is cinnamon but it’s also blended very well with something floral.. that I cannot seem to pin point (also maybe because I am a tea newbie :P). Not a bad tea. I wonder if the health benefits are true because the cold air has been taking a toll on my already dry skin! :(

Lavender, Coconut and slightly minty is what I taste with this one. Again I’m on some weird ICED HERBAL tea rampage so this one was also iced with a tiny squeeze of agave.

I actually like it and may even add this to my cupboard!

edit: I added a tin to my cupboard, too good to pass!

I enjoyed this as an iced tea with a bit of agave, wasn’t sure if it even needed that. I’m not sure what it is but there’s an interesting after-note/taste to it. Not a bad one though!

Dried leaf smell was amazing so I just had to try this. I had it iced and it was oversteeped but I feel that brought out more of the grapefruit-y ness to it. It’s quite refreshing and apparently good with vodka :P

Edit 11/11/13: Had a whiff of this from my stash the other day and maybe my senses have changed but although I like this tea, it’s smell reminds me of.. cleaning detergent? LOL

Within first sip, I could sense melon, peach, apple, and kiwi! There’s a distinct kiwi after-taste that I do not mind at all! Lovely blend for a green tea. I am usually really picky about fruit blends and green tea cause I find that they’re always bland or just not right. I can already tell it’ll be great iced for a hot day.

I’ve never thought I’d love an herbal tea as much as I have fallen in love with this one. I had it iced with a bit of agave and it’s divine. Taste just like candy and I can have it before bed WOO HOO!

Reminds me of ice cream or like those round creamy strawberry candies.

I’m recommending this to everyone that has not yet ventured into herbals.

Decent berry tea. Not much to say about it for now. Reminds me of blueberry jam (I like blueberry jam more) but more packed with other BERRY like scents.

drank Buddha's Blend by DAVIDsTEA

Dry leaf smelled awesome. When steeped it’s not bad, I may have accidentally over steeped so it was slightly bitter. Overall a nice floral and fruity tea.

A casual tea consumer that typically enjoys plain teas (sencha/genmaicha green tea is a daily must have) and the occasional chai and london fogs but is willing to discover new flavors.

All thanks to DAVIDsTEA, I’ve rediscovered how fun tea consumption can be! So now I’m using Steepster as my own personal tea diary.

I usually try flavored teas straight first and then in a soy/almond latte with a tiny bit of sweetener (agave or honey). If it’s a fruit type tea, then after the initial straight taste test, I’d do it iced with a bit of sweetener.

My Aerolatte is my favorite tea tool. It’s cow printed too!
