247 Tasting Notes
This one is alright. I don’t normally care for mint teas, or chocolate really. But I figured I’d give this one a shot since I do like rooibos.
It’s definitely minty and I can’t taste any rooibos undertones at all. When I added some cream it turned into a “healthy, minty hot chocolate” so I think I’ll have to throw this one to the back of the cupboard and wait for winter to come to fully appreciate it.
Flavors: Chocolate, Mint
I love this tea. It has everything going against it – I don’t like apple teas, I don’t like candy apples, and I’m straying away from Adagio.
I actually got it in the Holiday Cheer gift set to bring to the boyfriend’s parents’ house last year and it’s made its way back to me. It smells like autumn to me, kind of like oatmeal cookies and apple cider with caramel undertones. Mmm.
Flavors: Apple, Caramel, Oats, Toffee
I’m on a mission to find a good caramel tea. The problem for me lies in the fact that I don’t like sweetened tea but caramel needs to be kinda sweet – so this might be an impossible mission. This one is alright, it reminds me of Palais des thes’ Toffee tea but a liiiiittle bit better. I’ll have to try the two side by side.
The tea definitely smells like caramel, sweet and a little creamy. But sipping it, the black tea overpowers the caramel flavor but it’s still creamy and sweet.
Flavors: Caramel, Cream, Sweet
I’ve tried a few different Caramel teas, and so far my favorite is actually Bigelow’s Salted Caramel. It smells and tastes like caramel, but it’s not actually sweet. That way I can add my own sweetener or not depending on my mood.
Awesome, thanks! I’ll have to look for that one at the grocery store next time I stop by. If not, I might end up making a purchase from their website.. I saw that they also have eggnog tea and that’s another one of my “must finds.”
This one seems better this time than it did before (or maybe I’m finally getting into the pumpkin spice spirit.) I love the pumpkin flavor, it almost reminds me of like a pumpkin cake or pie – I can’t imagine adding sweetener at all. I wish David’s would do without the stupid crap like sprinkles, but eh, c’est la vie.
Flavors: Cake, Pumpkin

Once again mixed this with with one of the black teas my dad got from his trip to India. I’m 90% sure it was a darjeeling and I’m 100% sure I’m not mixing these two again as the black overpowered the blueberry flavor.
I’m starting to enjoy blending teas in my collection though, so that’s exciting :)
Flavors: Blueberry, Pastries
Hnnng. I went through my collection today to find teas that are on their last legs (I’m planning on making an advent calendar of sorts with my sipdowns!) and I was bummed to find out there’s only a few cups left in this one. I love the mild, creamy, sweet flavor that is spot on to the taste of cookies.
Flavors: Almond, Cream, Eggnog, Nutmeg
Preparation
I guess I’m in a coconut mood today, I made myself a cup of this to forget about my cup of Haute Chocolate earlier. I love how this one has a nice chocolately flavor that doesn’t particularly need any sugar and the coconut really solidifies the blend.
