It was the first day of our Summer Reading Program at the library, so I needed something both yummy and sanity-saving. Earl Grey Cream to the rescue! I now know the secret ingredient (mwahahaaaa!) and I have to say that it truly is the right amount for optimum numminess. I’m dying for another Steepsterite to try this and put in their 2 cents. I’m also dying for Daniel to make this available for sale (hint-hint), because I’m not going to place my order until this is available ;) Bumping the rating up by a point! TG

I also have found the right equation for my JOEmo thermos:
1 tsp and 165 degrees.

Preparation
165 °F / 73 °C 8 min or more

Bio

Proud all-around nerd, designer, fibromyalgia manager, and Assistant Library Director/Creative Director.

After being a barista for almost a decade it wasn’t until 2010 that I discovered loose leaf tea. Now I’m hooked.

I’m quite loose when it comes to tea prep. I also ended up using Steepster to find my “daily” teas which I mostly have accomplished.

There’s really nothing remarkable or noteworthy of how I rate teas. I do take it a tiny further step to help clarify the muddled middle grounds for myself. TG is a definite repurchase. Anything below that is less and less likely.
