Ok so seriously this is amazing. I decided on a whim that I wanted to try this cold brewed so I dug out my Ball jar and filled it with tea and cold water. I let it sit in the fridge over night and this little miracle was the result. The coconut tastes young and buttery or maybe creamy is what I am thinking but not creamy like milk. I think I am going back to saying buttery. I get a definite tang of the cheesecake, which lacked when hot. The best part is how the flavor just lingers in your mouth. Kudos, Frank!
