A robust Assam current favourite Borsapori estate Assam from Capital tea Ltd.

A Chinese black with chocolate caramel undertones ideally the Lapsang Souchong I sampled from ken Lee that tasted like a chocolate caramel oolong, or a Rizhao, Laoshan, or other Wuyi black with these tones.

A fruity slightly nutty green current favourite from Rizhao

A fruity tones silver needle

A jasmine tea of some type and or a biting floral green oolong

A dark oolong either a nice osmanthus dancing or a rou GUI.

Lopchu

Runners up, an earl grey currently cjay teas, a fruity ceylon, a Darjeeling with almond undertones. Ginger. Yunnan black, a jinjunmei.
