mixed a bit of this in with the “get some zzz’s” tea to mask the flavor of valerian (which makes me sleepy, but smells like butt). It definitely helped!
I’ve compared valerian to licking a tree branch, but I get where you’re coming from :)
I enjoy reading, paddling, running, hiking, yoga, camping and traveling. I also like eating healthy local food, and drinking tea, of course!
