Beauté Orientale from Thes de Chine
82

Brewed in a small teapot : 20 cl – 35’’, 35’’, 45’’, 60’’, 1’30’’
I also tried it in a zhong : 10 cl – 25’’ – 30’’ – 45’’ – 60’’ – 1’30’’ – 2’30’’
and a big teapot : 70cl – 5’

I waited this new batch for 6 months now :)
Well, I was expecting more honey and less freshness from this tea.
It is a good, and I can feel/smell a taste of honey that I can bring strong enough either in gong fu cha or in a big teapot.
The tea has a taste of fruit and freshness, not really like green tea, more like a white one. Medium after taste of fruit/honey. Not like anything I’ve tried before.
I will let the leaves at rest for a little bit and try it again with my little teapot of 10 cl, maybe the honey taste will be stronger.
