This was incredible. A real change from all the gunpowder green tea I have had so much recently. It was strong and a little grassy and not at all bitter. After all the logs on here talking about multiple steeps, I will save the leaves for another steep or two tomorrow – can’t wait!

Unusually, my housemate requested a green tea so I was glad to oblige. I’m starting to run low and wondering how different i would be from a different company and whether japanese and chinese senchas are likely to be different
I’m not doing too well at picking the right tea for the moment these days. I wasn’t really in the mood for this tea today, but it was nice to have it again after not having it for a few weeks
This is properly different from my other green/white teas because it has such a strong grassy flavour, and for that reason I sometimes crave it and no other tea is a possible substitute
Yummy. I wanted a strong-ish green tea flavour before bed, and this was ideal
The second steep was good as well, but not as strong as the first one. I don’t really know what to expect, but this is prefectly pleasant after a second steep. I didn’t try a third for fear of it being hot water with no flavour whatsoever
