I had this iced/cold today at Capital Teas and it was quite delicious and refreshing! I bought six teas that I will properly rate and add to the database when I get home. I can’t properly use the sliders to rate this because I’m on my kindle fire. Capital teas, I think I looooove you!
Sweet White Chai

Hot Tea: use 1.5 tsp. of tea per 6 ounces of water. Heat water to 175 °F and steep for 3-4 minutes. If bolder flavor is desired, increase the amount of tea used.
Iced Tea: use 3 tsp. of tea per 6 ounces of water. Heat water to 175 °F and steep for 3-4 minutes. After steeping, pour brewed tea over an equal amount of ice.
