From CHA YI Teahouse

This tea evokes us of:

COOKED PEACHCHOCO POP CEREALSRED DELICIOUS APPLEBEESWAX

Here is a rare black tea from a very small artisanal production. Ecologically grown on the steep slopes of Shan Lin Shi Mountain in Taiwan and entirely processed by hand at every stage of production, the result is a one-of-a-kind tea. From its beautiful twisted black leaves giving off aromas of dark chocolate, prune and panela sugar, a tasty and mellow coppery infusion is released, with sweet notes of cooked peach, beeswax, chocolate cereals, delicious red apple and autumn leaves. An original discovery from a region normally known for its green and flowery oolongs!
