Very much like the Sencha Shot (Ito En) this feels very thick. The can almost feels dense like there is something that needs to be liberated from the bottom of the can with shaking, though, upon pouring and drinking, you realize it is the bottom of the can. The tea itself has an oolong aroma, a little toasty that might scare people away, but I am loving my oolong adventures. The mouthfeel is also very thick, it feels like it is a concentrated tea, almost a very light-syrup, rich and toasty – this is the best way that I can explain it.

Overall, the flavor is good. It is toasty, which contrasts the fact that the tea itself is chilled, it is unsweetened and there are no artificial or unnecessary additional flavors, it is just the pure tea; purely unadulterated oolong tea – I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Dark and toasty, it feels a bit concentrated, but still quite good even with that feeling. I thought it was a bit dense, but like Cinoi, in the end I found it was the can. It’s a good quick fix for an Oolong tea. I especially liked it really cold.

I picked this up today at Whole Foods and I like it! It has a roasty oolong flavor with a bit of thickness to the body. This chilled shot is quite refreshing – I would definitely buy this again.

Tastes like a Wuyi rock oolong except for the slight hint of metal(from the can).
All in All, it’s probably my favorite RTD tea.

Nummy
Drinking this because I still have not ordered some of Rishi’s Wuyi Oolong. A fine substitute.

I dig this. Normally when I have a hot oolong, I don’t go for amber colored ones. But this one is super toasty and delicious chilled. It’s that one canned beverage vice that I have that can’t be replaced with anything else. They know how to steep – and I am stoked that it is unsweetened. If you ever find me in whole foods (I hate shopping), I probably have at least 4 cans of this and 22 oz. hoppy beer.

It’s a darker oolong than I would pick on my own, but all in all not bad.
