Been experimenting with different steep times with Numi’s grade of Mao Feng. Finding it to be a good alternative to my Gen Mai Cha addiction.
I bought a whole bunch of this tea because it was on sale. So far I think it is just ok. I personally like the japanese greens more.
Booyah to the short summer steeps. Bottle of wine, rockabilly wedding, polyrhythmic dreams and long daylight. Mao Feng is kinda nice in the afternoon when the fleeting chaos of summer ensues.
