Yang Xian Mao Feng
Yang Xian (陽羡) is an ancient name for Jiangsu Province (江蘇省) but this beautiful spring 2011 tea was grown at the Gengxiang Tea farm in neighboring Zhejiang Province (浙江省). Mao Feng (毛峰) translates to “hair tip” and generally refers to teas with a long twisted leaf shape. Our friend and mentor Jason Chen oversees the production of this organic green tea.
