Souvia Sushi (Uji Gen Mai Cha)

I love this tea! I think they call it Souvia Sushi, but it is simply Genmai Cha with Matcha. You can imagine how both teas compliment each other. This tea inspired me to try a little matcha with a few other teas. Souvia is a small tea shop in Phoenix, they also have a place in Scottsdale.
