I had a cup of this last night at book group. It tastes pretty good, but the pomegranate is pretty strong and overwhelms the white. If you’d asked me to identify what kind of tea it was, I’d have said herbal. I would not have guessed white. Even so, I liked it ok. I wouldn’t go buy it but also wouldn’t turn it down if someone offered me a cup. I had this unsweetened.

I am in agreement here. A very tasty tea…..I’m not sure if TJ’s carries this one anymore but a good tea none the less.

Has a very beautiful deep red color (ruby?). Has a very strong pomegranate flavor. Not a lite tea.

Very light and you can definitely get a hint of pomegranate.

I agree with a previous poster who said that the pomegranate was pretty strong. Oherwise I think it’s a good tea.

Tried this tea when my wife bought it on a whim. It is a nice tasting, fruity tea. However, being a fan of white tea in it’s simplest form (touch of honey), I felt the pomegranate was overwhelming and destroyed any semblance of the white tea element. All in all, a good tea, but not a personal favorite.

Not super flavorful. Maybe next time I should steep it longer. It has a hint of pomegranate in it. I like it overall though! Starberry sent me some of this to try, but I caved and got some before it came in the mail.

In any case, it looks like I have a tea to drink at work that I don’t detest (finally).

Why yes, I did brew this twice in one day. This time I put one bag in my 16oz travel mug and just left it in there forever (it’s still in there now, 30 minutes later). Don’t know if this really made a difference in the taste though. I guess this just isn’t a very flavorful tea. The pomegranate still isn’t super prominent like I thought it would be, unfortunately. I still like it though! I’ll finish this box gladly!

Wonder what would happen if I added some agave to it…

Put not one but TWO bags in my travel mug and let them steep forever. Can you tell I’m determined to like this tea? This time the Pomegranate was more apparent, but still not super flavorful like I envisioned.

I still think this would go good with agave, or honey. I just don’t have any at work to try it with.

This was actually my first white tea (awww) so it holds a special place in my heart. Probably the best pom tea I’ve tasted, and since I steep it forever the flavor is strong and spot on!

I wanted to like this, but it really didn’t cut it for me. Too…tangy? I tried adding it to an iced blend and it didn’t help, so I gave it away to a friend who’s a bigger fan of bagged tea and pomegranates than I am.

This tea feels like it has a lot of caffeine. On an empty stomach, it makes me shaky and feel very alert. Other than that, I really like it. It’s fantastic iced! Like flowers doing ballet in my mouth which is Antarctica.

Another one from our host’s selection.
This one makes me think of a white version of Republic of Tea’s Pomegranate Green. The pomegranate has substance, but it’s not so strong that it overpowers the white tea. It’s nice and simple when I’m in the mood for fruit. It’s very good, but I think I still prefer blueberry with my white tea.

Agree with the other comments that this pomegranate tea hits the spot. Being a white tea, it isn’t overwhelming, but enough flavor to keep it interesting and it won’t get bitter if steeped for too long. It’s a great change up from the typical black tea!

Very sweet with a strong citrus taste without being bitter. Agave brings out the flavor.

I enjoyed my tea. Relaxing after my long day yesterday.

My absolute holy grail of fruity teas. Much more flavorful than other pomegranate white or green teas that I’ve tried. Really good with honey, also nice iced.

Recommended – you might find it a bit sour.

really refreshing, light tea. really good iced, too!

If I’m feeling under the weather, I sip on TJ’s Pomegranate White Tea. Great with honey, although if you’re looking for a good white tea, this may not be it.
