15779 Tasting Notes
same from Evol ving ness. This one doesn’t work for me.. somehow the ingredients don’t come together in any sort of harmony for me…and there’s an under lying sweetness that i can’t quite place. Not a bad tea, but nothing i need to have again. Though i’m always up for trying new things :)
noms. Enjoying these turmeric teas. While i wasn’t getting a lot of cinnamon at the tea festival, in this cup there’s a little more cinnamon that that sample. Still tasty, just something to note.
Had this one earlier today. It was decent but i don’t think i need to reorder this one. There are others from A&D that i prefer.
According to A&D’s website Red Tailed Hawk is among their teas that have “passed into legend”. They have, fairly recently, also retired Double Knit Blend and Carävan Resurrected.
i really hope they bring back double knit

Had this one the other night. Still enjoying the vanilla and orange combo but sad that i’m getting near the end of this. I don’t have a lot of fruit herbals in my cupbaord so i need to get drinking up some of the samples i have so that i can place a small order when the warmer weather hits!
Another creamsicle one. Yay!
A question for you, Sil. You gave me a sample of a French tea called Celebration in a white glossy bag with TeaChai etc printed on the front and Societe du the et L’Orient on the side. Who makes this tea, i.e.. what is the brand?

pulled this one out as well. I should try it as a cold brew because this isn’t a lemongrass overpowering things blend. Instead you can actually get the basil notes to come through. Makes for a unique blend versus other stupid lemong grass blends where that’s virtually all you’re tasting.
drink drink drinking all the teas. I figure if i miss out on my goals, i should at least try to work on my oldest teas to try and get my cupboard back to being 6-8months old. I’m nearly there – only about 5 teas are older than that but the fact that they exist is enough for me to want to stop hoarding them :) so this one. still delicious and still worth drinking even this old.
A 6-8 month old cupboard sounds like a dream.

The problem with a lot of my older teas is that they’re all favourite teas that are either hard to get (like The O Dor) or the company has since closed down like Butiki. So I know I should be drinking them but I know that once they’re gone they’re probably gone forever. :(
Yeah, haven’t tried this one yet. :)
