Had a cup of this when I got home from class today. It was so yummy. It makes me want pancakes every time I drink it though – haha. Today I paired it with a blueberry muffin though which went well together.
392 Tasting Notes
Had a yummy cup of this tea this morning. As bold and spicy as ever. It was a lovely morning cuppa.
I love the idea of pancake tea and I love the execution of the idea even more. I love that this tastes like pancakes and not just like a maple teas. I also love that the flavor doesn’t overwhelm the cup. Some flavors were meant to be in your face and others were meant to be subtle and in my opinion maple is one of those flavors.
I vote for more pancake teas (chocolate, blueberry, etc)! Anyone else with me on this one?

Got this as a free sample. I liked it. It was a very nice cup of Jasmin green tea, but I didn’t really get any of the Mandarin flavor :(. It pretty much tasted like most other jasmine teas I have tasted. Regardless it was a decent cup of tea.
Dear Extra BOLD Masala Chai,
You are spicy and sweet and bold. You taste like some delicious baked good that my Grandma might make. In fact I bet you would be an excellent ingredient in baked goods. I wish I could drink you every morning as my morning boost. You are spicy with out being too intense for the morning. Thank you for being so awesome!

Magazine sample. This is a pretty standard cup of green tea. It is pretty good. Although it tastes pretty similar to Celestial Seasonings Green tea and that one is cheaper so if given the choice I would probably go with the Celestial Seasonings. But I’m not going to say no to a free cup of tea!
I got to go to Trader Joe’s for the first time on Saturday and I picked up a bottle of this iced tea. It is really delicious. It has a nice blueberry flavor upfront with a grassy green tea finish. I really like home much you can taste the blueberry in this tea, but it isn’t sour at all. I am pretty sure that is due to the lack of hibiscus in this tea which I am grateful for. Quite a yummy bottled iced tea!
Found a sample of this at home. I really like this tea, but I don’t think I like it enough to purchase it. It has a nice balance of peach and ginger and tea. I hope I find some more lost samples of it soon!
Having a nice cup of this tea this morning. I love the blueberry flavor in it!!
Had another cup of this earlier today! It is so yummy! I can’t get over it! I want to eat the coconut pieces out :)
Made some of this iced earlier. It was very yummy and bold. Does anyone know why it turns cloudy when iced?
Yum! Just tried this and its awesome!! It is creamy and tropical and delicious! It also has a wonderful green tea flavor. This tea is seriously amazing. I ended up doing two infusions and they were both so yummy!
Also I swear the pineapple in this tea rivals the giant blueberries in the cream cheese danish blueberry tea. They are seriously gigantic! I haven’t tried the honeybush version but if it tastes anything like this one I bet it is amazing too!!

Made a lovely latte out of this last night! It was wonderful!!! Here is my recipe: http://apurpledress.wordpress.com/2011/03/22/chocolate-hazelnut-latte/
Had a yummy cup of this when I got home from classes today. Accompanied by strawberries and a chocolate truffle! A lovely afternoon snack!
Got this on the way to class. Tea was much needed to combat the disgusting weather NJ is having today. Ick!
I won this is a SororiTEA Sisters Contest awhile ago and somehow forgot to try it out. I decided tonight would be a good night to do so! It was quite delicious. I was in an Earl Grey mood tonight so it really hit the spot.
I really like Lupicia’s teas, I don’t know if I have tried one yet that I didn’t like. This one had good flavor, but without being overly flavored. It wasn’t highly perfumed which I appreciated. I don’t think I will purchase more of this tea, but I will definitely enjoy the rest of my sample!
I took some pictures of my cup of tea if you want to check them out: http://apurpledress.wordpress.com/2011/03/19/an-earl-grey-kind-of-evening/
This tea is very sweet and thick. I am not really sure why. I feel like it has honey in it, but the ingredients don’t list honey. Regardless I do enjoy it, as I do most chais. It does have a bit of spice too it, but not too much. It pairs well with food. Today I paired it with a Luna Bar.
Free sample time = yay! This was surprisingly good. It was very juicy and fruity with just a touch of ginger! I enjoyed try it! Although I think I have tried this one before.
Post breakfast tea! I could right poems about how delicious this tea is! Unfortunately its purpose was to motivate me to clean so I am off to do that…
Had a nice cup this last night while watching tv…this is quickly becoming a nightly staple! Glad I grabbed a 100 count box from amazon :)
I won the 52 teas 6-week subscription contest (insert happy dance here), and this is the first tea I received! I was excited because this probably wouldn’t have been a tea I would have purchased myself, but it was really quite delicious!
Apple, cinnamon, orange, green tea all the flavors are their without fighting one another. Plus it has this yummy baked quality that I saw other people mention.
I posted a more extensive review on my blog if you want to check it out, but in short- yum!: http://apurpledress.wordpress.com/2011/03/15/52-teas-a-six-part-series/
Made of cup of this with breakfast. I managed to get the steeping parameters just right so it was extra-creamy and delicious. Great way to start off a Monday on Spring Break!
I decided to have some fun with a flowering tea tonight! It was lots of fun. It was also a nice earl grey too. Especially if you are like me and aren’t really into a heavy bergamot flavor.
I posted a full review with pictures and everything on my brand new blog, if you want to check it out!!

Sunday morning breakfast tea is soooo much better when I know I don’t have to do homework for the rest of the day! This tea is a delicious, malty and strong. The perfect morning wake up call.
By the way did any else not know it was daylight savings today. Thought I was waking up at 11 and it was actually noon – whoops.
