Official *What did you get in the mail today?* Thread!!!

I was pleasantly surprised yesterday when my Verdant order showed up in the mail. It had been so long ago since I placed the order that I had nearly forgotten about it.

Received Autumn Laoshan Green and Yunnan Jasmine Silver Needles plus a sample of their new Laoshan Pine Needle tea.

The Laoshan green was so delicious I can forgive the slow shipping. I really hope they switch to a faster carrier though because current shipping time can be unbearably long sometimes.

Today I got a mega order from Yunnan Sourcing of ripe puerh tea and some oolong. I also got a pound of peppermint from Amazon.

This was two days ago but I didn’t have time to post…I got my David’s Tea order!

- The Pumpkin Collection (Spiced Pumpkin Rooibos, Pumpkin Mate & Pumpkin Chai)
- The Winter Collection (Hot Chocolate Pu’erh, Snow Day, Mulled Wine, Sweet Almond Green, Cardamom French Toast)
- Mint travel mug with infuser (I got to try this out yesterday and it kept my tea hot for hours!)
- 2 mint starry sky tea cups (they were on sale…but now I just need the matching tea pot!)
- Samples of Cold 911, Forever Nuts & Toasted Walnut

My Adagio Teas order should be coming today… :)

I’m in shock because the Yunnansourcing.us order I placed Monday arrived today, and yesterday was even a postal holiday! :-o

My Adagio Teas order came!!!!

I got three sample tins:
- Crazy Cucco Brew (coconut, hazelnut, peppermint)
- Lon Lon Milk (vanilla chai rooibos, rooibos caramel, rooibos vanilla)
- Triforce Tea (assam melody, earl grey moonlight, cream, with ginger, apple and cinnamon)
(I love The Legend of Zelda! I had to get these tins!)

Then I got samples of:
- Foxtrot (chamomile, rooibos, vanilla, peppermint)
- Mocha Nut Mate
- Pu’erh Chorange
- Golden Monkey
- Cocomint Green
- Honeybush Hazelnut

And I also got my IngenuiTEA infuser. Just used it and I love it! I brewed some Honeybush Hazelnut since it’s later in the afternoon, I have to forgo the caffeinated stuff.

I also somehow ended up with three Mocha Nut Mate, so basically right now I have two unopened samples (0.8oz/23g) if anybody is interested. I think they were just samples that Adagio threw in, but I wish they were different since you know, I already have one of the Mocha Nute Mate. >_>;

My Umi Teasets order came! Way too much teaware, but I bought the cha hai from this set months ago and had been lurking on their site hoping they would get more pieces that matched. Last time I was lurking and finally deciding to give up and just order some celadon fishy gear, one of their online reps popped up and asked if she could help with anything. I told her what I was looking for and she found that they did have an entire set in the pattern, they just didn’t have it on the site yet. And a month later, here we are! It’s the set that has the birds. I love the box it came in. I’m such a sucker for packaging. :)

I received my Verdant October box finally. For some reason it wanted to hang out in NY after clearing customs…

Second set of samples from A Quarter to Tea arrived this afternoon! I’ve already tried the Apple Brandy Cheesecake, and it was lovely :)

I didn’t strictly speaking get this in the mail. I went to my local tea shop, Clipper Ship Tea Company and made a purchase of some rooibos, some herbals, 50g of decaf, and some samples they had on sale.
