The powder is dark – more than the others I have tried from Matcha Mountain so far…more of a gray-brown-green color.
The taste is a creamy raspberry and just a notch underneath that is a semi-sweet chocolate that comes thru!

This is such a treat. Chocolatey, berry, rich deliciousness. So good. The bowl emptied fast! It seemed like it took longer to heat the milk and whisk this up than it did to consume it.
