Do not buy this tea! They changed the ingredients and it will give you tummy cramps! I am literally curled up with a hot bag on my tummy! This should be off the shelf!

Wow, just brewed up my first cup of this tea, and it seems SO, SO familiar. And suddenly I remember. This tastes exactly like a hand blended tea I used to buy at a stall in Modiano Market in Thessaloniki Greece, that they called “Balsam.” Lovely, but it would be an awful lot cheaper for me to have it sent (to Athens) from Thessaloniki, if they are still selling it there. ;)

A sleepy tea that actually tastes great! I can’t comment on its effectiveness in aiding sleep, but it’s certainly soothing to drink. Very pleasant with honey.

If you read the company description, you can probably imagine how good this stuff smells right out of the box. It tastes just as good, too.

It does what it says on the tin – it’s an excellent relaxant, and it even helps me stay asleep. Digestive aid? I haven’t tried it for that purpose, but could definitely see how it would work.
