Chai Herbal Blend by Thés de Cru
The full-bodied fragrances of cardamom, mace, fennel, and clove, topped off with a few peppercorns. The classic recipe calls for a fairly strong tea like an Assam, for example, but you can always prepare your chai with a milder tea or one lower in theine. Or add hot milk or a bit of sugar.
