I bought some of this from my local Target during the worst days of my cold earlier in the week. My favorite sick time beverage is freshly grated ginger root, boiled and strained, combined with some lemon juice and honey. I thought this would be a nice EASIER alternative for when I’m out of or too lazy to grate fresh ginger. The flavor is not quite as nice as fresh, but this sure works in a pinch! Ginger is SO soothing for sore throats!

I’m glad your cold is at least on its way out!

Just finished off the box. I’ll have to get more. I really like to have some on-hand for stomach aches. Although I could just buy a chunk of ginger-root and grate some into a cup whenever I need it. Could be cheaper.

Edit: Nevermind, found ONE LAST BAG hanging out behind a few tea tins.

My favourite non-caffeinated/non-stimulating tea, hands down.
