had this one yesterday – it was exactly what i needed. Glad that i’ve got more on the way :)

started the day out with this one. Trying to take it easy today because i’m feeling a little better and that usually means i wear myself out :) I’ve got ambitious goals for this month in the world of tea drinking so i’m getting started on things this weekend! Especially since i’m losing a week while i’m in chicago this month :) Happy december everyone!

Had this to drink today while i was out trying to help some friends get some pictures of the two of them and the baby bump, before the kid pops out. I tend to take pictures of scenery, so it was a challenge for me, i did better than i thought, but man, full props to all the portrait photographers out there who are doing more than stock posing. they’re short on monday and sadly non of our actual photographer friends could help out, so they were stuck with me. At least we had some fun being outside and i think? i caught a few good ones. The tea certain helped with making me feel better haha

So glad that this is as good as verdant’s version. Always good to have multiple sources for teas!

Started the morning off with this one. It’s a crappy day outside so the plan is to stay indoors, get some work around the house don, watch a little tv and maybe play some board games :)

So happy that i’ve got plenty of this in the house at the moment, though i suspect if i keep drinking it with this frequency, i’ll need a reorder soon haha

Yep. Still really enjoying this version from YS. Imo, it’s a substitute for the version from Verdant and I’ll likely be buying either,or in the future.

So confused… i’ve had this tea for sure before AND written about it..and yet i’ve got 0 tasting notes for this? grrrr….

I have had this three times now. I don’t know what I did, but the first time I made it, it was excellent.

I agree with what my mom said “It’s mild.”

It has a little bit of a chocolate taste and some dark fruit. I’ll try more leaf next time and see how that goes.

Bought 50g of this a while back and am just now getting around to trying it. It is relatively good. There is a slight malt note. There are some chocolate notes. Also, I’d swear I’m getting a roast note. I don’t think this tea was roasted so maybe I’m misinterpreting something else. Overall I like the tea. As to is it as good as Verdant’s? I don’t think I’ve ever tried Verdant’s so I don’t know.

Steeped this one time in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and 200 degree water for 3 min.
