Too much flavor overall, hard to taste anything of the green tea. Bit sticky on the teeth …

A very intriguing tea! Tastes – as advertised – quite earthy. in a loamy way. But – for its price – its lacking too much depth for my taste. Maybe i need to take more leaves next time. Oh, and the color is very nice, deep reddish/brown, almost like Coca Cola.
At first i didnt like this tea too much- but now it starts to grow onto me. Subtle nuances are making each cup a new adventure. A tea well woth exploring.
Yes indeed, this tea is somehow some kind of melody. A bit reminding of those chewing-gums which make great bubbles … but the delicious green tea adds a very nice tea-“Spirit” to the musical play. In the end it lacks a bit depth, but still is overall a good tea, which i like especially for watching TV series – did someone hear “soap-opera”? ;)
The smell of this tea is incredible, especially before steeping – it really seems like theres a bottle of rum in your cupboard. The taste of the tea itself isnt that stron, but still reminds very much of – well – tea with rum (although there is no rum or alcool in it). Gues this one can be really nice on some winters-nights, now in late summer its a bit too “obvious”, if you know what i mean ;)
Nice and fresh, the tangerine/vanilla combination makes it very fruity. The Oolong stays in the background, but adds a nice subtle nuance. Nice for a warm summer-evening
Yes, indeed i doubted if that combination could work – me being a Darjeeling-“fan” since ages. But, in fact, it does work. The flavouring adds some nice extra to a good Margarets Hope Darjeeling (although i’m not too much into Margarets Hope to be honest). In fact this tea is something very unique, something i guess i will drink now every day as long as it lasts :)
Very nice, never drank an aromatized honeybush tea that delicious. Perfect tea for the kinda cold weather outside this morning! Its really, as it says, neapolitan ice-cream ;)
Again for breakfast, like it more and moe, although the vanilla is still a bit too subtle for me
Its weird, sometimes with this tea the caramel and the ceylon don’t seem to fit, on other days its a very nice mixture and overall taste. Maybe it simply needs longer steeping?
Good cup for a bit surfing around after some shopping & eating in the city. Its typical Darjeeling aromas are somewhat subtle, but once you “learn” to taste them they are delicious. As usual for such first-season teas lacking a bit in depth, but instead got plenty of “freshness” :)
A good green tea, and the company info is correct, there are subtle nuances of Oolong in there … in fact a bit too gentle imho, but quite nice on this cold and cloudy early afternoon
I really like the strawberry aroma – zabaglione i’ve never eaten, but its taste (at least the taste i think it is ;) ) adds a nice touch to this tea. Very well composed, the aromas are not destroying, but building on each other. Have to experiment a bit with adding some sugar to it :)
Had this one for breakfast today. The caramel pices & aroma are excellent, the black tea-mixture itself is a bit boring although
Breakfast tea, a good one. Have to tell my parents to bring some more from Vienna when they are visiting us next time ;)
Another sample i’ve got from Gschwender here in Trier. Very malty, some similarities to taiwanese Oolongs i have tasted years ago. The advertising is true, a surprisingly complex tea, guess i have to put it on my shopping list, definitely want to explore that one more :)

Yes, again for breakfast ;) Today was also again one of the days i really liked this tea – especially its subtle sweet tones (probably the sumatra leaves)
Breakfast tea, this time got its strenght right :) Nice!
Not bad, another tasting sample of Gschwender which turns out o be nice. But its nothing special, a bit too bitter in the aftertaste, lacking subtle notes before. Might be worth trying more, i will add it for now to my shopping list.
Nice, but a bit boring. A tasting sample, doubt that i will buy it though
Again today, great Earl Grey, fantastic for the morning-work
Once again for breakfast … didnt like it today too much although … guess i had it a bit too often during the last months
