Minty, lemony, abit of cinnamon and clove? or maybe a bit medicinal? Light and refreshing hot, awful cold, no flavor.

The Tulsi Pomegranate Green tea by Organic India is a very flavorful tea, the pomegranate and tulsi is almost overwhelming. If you’re a big fan of chai tea and pomegranate then you’ll like this tea. If you like teas that are more natural tasting then I suggest trying something different.

This is my favorite bag green tea by far. I have at least 2 cups of this almost every day.

Since this is my first review of a tea, I’ll keep it short and sweet: I will absolutely purchase this tea again…after I try the rest of these tulsi teas. I, however, have a feeling that my instinct to grab this one before all the others will say much. We’ll see.

Very gentle blend.

I love any tea with rose petals in it, but this is by far my favorite. So soothing, and delicately sweet. I like to steep this covered for a little longer than most teas (6-8 min) but the chamomile can get a little strong if you steep it too long.

The aroma really helps me wake up in a positive way.

Tulsi is a type of basil, which adds an unusual aspect to the masala and malt flavors. Extra snappy clove and pepper, too, make me warm, relaxed, and stimulated, all at the same time. So smooth that I didn’t even add milk.

A spiced black tea (chai) which contains holy basil (tulsi), an adaptogenic herb. Organic India uses a mixture of all 3 varieties of tulsi. Fresh, mellow, balanced — the tulsi blends right in.
