Zing! This tangy infusion is a great way to wake up without caffeine. It’s very tart, reminiscent of hibiscus in a distant sense. I love it on mornings (oops afternoons) like this when I’m feeling blah.

The tartness level is definitely not for the faint of heart but can be tempered with honey.

I’m a long time tea addict since my british grandma started me on english breakfast tea as a toddler.

Since then I’ve branched out substantially. Right now I drink mainly blacks, whites, greens, and reds. I want to to try purr-eh and more oolongs.
