50 Tasting Notes
I immediately picked up an apple scent when sniffing the dry leaves and while sipping. Flavour wise, it’s very weak. There are similar and better versions of this out there! ahem Forever Nuts
Flavors: Apple, Cinnamon, Walnut
Preparation
A favourite of mine. Creamy, sweet, and perfect. Definitely need to get a tin of this. The best part is that you can keep re-steeping it a few times after the initial steep and it’s still good.
Flavors: Creamy
Preparation
I don’t think there’s anyone that doesn’t like this tea (unless you’re allergic :( ). It’s the perfect cup that you’d want to cozy up with on a cool day. Nutty, warm, and slightly sweet. Love that it turns into this beautiful pink color.
There’s a reason why it’s a staple!
Flavors: Cinnamon, Fruity, Nuts, Sweet
Preparation
I love Chai. I love Vanilla. Put them together? OK!!
I’ve never had this one before and from dry leaf it smelt promising. I brought it with me to school today after happily opening my advent calendar flap. Oversteeping might have had something to do with my experience with this tea but even then so it wasn’t as great tasting. There was Chai, and there was Vanilla. There was also a really strong licorice scent to it and I’m not a fan of licorice so that must have also factored into this test.
One of my classmates described it the best because he said it smelt like cough syrup.
Flavors: Licorice, Vanilla
Preparation
When I found out that this one was being pulled from shelves, I made sure I tried whatever I had left of this tea for potential stocking up purposes. This tea is definitely yummy! I had it straight and enjoyed the vanilla and mango scents very much. I can tell it would be great iced but I’m not sure if it’s tin worthy. I have very limited space and even though it’s good. I’m not too big on mangoes in tea.
Flavors: Mango, Vanilla
Preparation
If you love Jasmine, then you’ll love this. This one’s particularly special to me because it was discovered with together with my mom.
It’s got everything you want in a green tea but with an addition of Jasmine.
Flavors: Floral, Jasmine, Smooth
Preparation
I might have over steeped this one. Upon first taste I was greeted with a slight bitter kick but I was surprised by it’s immediate honey and rich but smooth taste. It’d be a good staple if I didn’t have a bunch of other Black teas to get through!
Flavors: Honey
