7 Tasting Notes
I ’ve tired several cups of this before I decided to review it. It is too strong when you use the recommended 1.5 tsp. But even when it was weaker, it was still to tumeric-y. I think if the the other strong flavours ( ginger and orange peel) were stronger, it would be more balanced.
I like fruity teas, so this one smelt great in the store. I’m having my first cup, the initial taste is great, but there is an aftertaste that I can’t quite pin down. I think I like it, I will have to try it a few more times.
Just got this tea last week. I usually don’t like hibiscus, but this tea has the right balance. My husband just tried mine then went to make his own cup! I guess we will go through this pretty fast.
My first cup – it lived up to the reviews. Lovely on a cold winter afternoon.
Had my second cup of this tonight. I thought I didn’t use enough the first time, so I carefully measured and timed the steep……but weak again. I was disappointed because the smell was so good. There is some left in the small sample tin, I think I will try a 10 min. steep next time.
Just finished a cup of comfort in a cup. I love that it tastes as good as it smells. This is my first review on Steepster, more to come.
