Grown in the higher altitudes of the Himalayas, this tea boasts high-grade, fully aromatic qualities! A sparkling, fully aromatic tea from the beginning of the second flush period with a full amber colored cup. The bouquet is spicy with a hint of sweetness.

Just finished the last of my sample from JoysTeaspoon. Gonna reuse the bag in a trade with Jeff Van Wie. (He’s going to have a lot of homework to do, haha.) Anyway, I brewed the rest in my triniTea and am drinking it out of a tall mug.

Mellow and mild as the first cup, without a trace of harshness. A delicious, sweet darjeeling with a good muscatel presence. Mmm.

Thank you to TeaEqualsBliss for sending me some of this delightful Darjeeling. So good! Light peppery taste (but not hot, just a pleasing spiciness) with woody undertones and a pleasing fruit note. A very nice muscatel to this Darjeeling. I like it very much.

I really like this Darjeeling. It’s smooth and ever so slightly sweet. I’m drinking it with my breakfast (bagel & avocado) and it’s a perfect pairing. It smells a little mossy/woodsy and has a super smooth finish. I keep it at work so that I always have a strong, delicous black tea to help get me through the day.

Excellent Darjeeling — I had never tried any teas from the Margaret Hope estate before this but this surpassed my high expectations!

Great tea with a floral, fruity flavour that stands out among the crowd. But the grade of the tea was lower than expected.
