I have been CRAVING Indian Food BIG TIME and I am finally having some today! YUM!!!!! (Mattar Paneer – vegetarian, of course!) I decided to have a cup of this with the lunch! WOWZA! I have missed this little gem!

Apparently It’s OLDIE BUT GOODIE DAY for me and tea today! LOL

Tamm

Now you’ve got me craving Indian food! There’s a place down the street from me that makes the best mango lassi I’ve ever had. Paneer has to be my favorite Indian food.

Mel

I just made a pot of tomato dal. LOVE Indian food. I love fresh paneer, it’s really easy to make. I am not vegetarian, but I could do it only if it was all Indian prepared. They know how to bring out the best of vegetables. Never had sencha with Indian. Sounds like it’s a good pairing!

OMG, I LOVE Indian food! Mattar Paneer is one of my faves too! I’m super jealous of you right about now.

Calochortus

The only reason I’m not vegetarian is because of desi food. My mum’s chicken curry is the main culprit (and her aloo gosht and keema saag are acomplices).

Glo

Yumm, that just looks like a good combination.

Thank you TeaEqualsBliss for sending me some of this tea.

This is delicious. It is crisp, light and refreshing. I’m drinking it hot now, but I think I’ll brew more of it in a bit for my next pitcher of iced tea.

I like this.

I made this both as a hot tea and a cold brew. Both were good, capturing pineapple and coconut nicely and making for a vacation in a cup.
