Nice, solid EG with pretty lavender! Smoother finish than I expected. Bergamot is a bit more mellow but still nice. Smells nice, bold black tea with smoother finish, and no funky aftertaste! A winner!

Okay…so…the number to beat is 17 logged teas from yesterday…can I do it? LOL

Here’s my 2nd of the day…it’s also a SIPDOWN!

See my previous notes on this one, too!

It’s a sturdy EG and for that I am HAPPY!

Blast from the past log! (I know I said I was going to try and do that more but it’s been NUTS!)

Anyhow…it’s been 6 months since my last tasting of this!

It’s creamier than I remember but still has that Lavender touch and the bergamot and EG flavors pair well! This is a nice change-up! :)

An excellent Earl Grey. I really like Earl Grey with lavender, I find that the flowery notes of the bergamot meld very nicely with the lavender. This tea has a very pleasing bold, malty base. The bergamot isn’t perfume-ish here. Full-flavored and smooth, with a sweet finish. Nice!

I very much prefer Earl Grey with lavender to traditional Earl Grey. I’ve grown just bored enough with the traditional take to seek out blends with other elements; I’m also keen to try Earl Grey with vanilla.
