From Whittard of Chelsea

A lightly effervescent, smooth and delightfully aromatic tea. It is a medium strength China tea blend, flavoured with jasmine, rose petals and bergamot. This House tea developed by Mr Whittard in the 1940s used to be known as Pelham Blend. It is the lightest of the ‘bergamot blends’.

I made the mistake of letting this brew for five minutes once. Undrinkable.

But at just the right balance of strength and milk, I find this really comforting. It’s a good black tea with the right amount of floral taste and it still has a kick to it.

Very nice, light tea to drink at any time of day. I drink it with a splash of milk usually or very few leaves and no milk. Refreshing, zingy after-taste too.
