16084 Tasting Notes
I’ve had this a few time over the past couple of days but haven’t had time to log things. Since it’s my last cup, i figured i should at least get something in here :) On the whole, i’ve rather enjoyed this one – preferring it to the marangi estate assam that i also picked up from norbu. Mostly, i’m just left wanting to try a whole lot more teas from norbu :) thanks again NoFarS for introducing me to them!
Do you have any of the Pudina Chai or the Jungpana Imperial Gold? If not and you want to try them, PM me and I’d be happy to share some. I have TONS of the Jungpana… :)

sample sipdown! still doing well with 1 sipdown a day this week. I enjoyed my few cups of this, but i’m good with just that. good, but not good enough to pick up again :)

Well I don’t have any orders planned at the moment, and most of my stuff is samples, so I should be able to get the number down fairly quickly. :)
How long has it taking you to get to 96? Me, I think it would take a really long time…like about a year or so.
i had this today…and added a little sugar. hells yes. even better than without and i didn’t add a lot because i don’t like adding things to my tea. this? soo good. I may need more sooner rather than later.
i think i like this one a little more than the verdant version, but i need to do a taste test since my ratings certainly don’t reflect that. but i had this one again today and it was just a bit more smokey and seemed a bit more tasty than the verdant version from the other day. maybe i can squeeze in a comparison this weekend….
this is out of stock again. I facebooked verdant to see if they know when it’s coming back…because even though i have 4oz of it…i’m in panic mode again that i’ll run out…because that was the worst. THE WORST :)
WTF, the Genmaicha is out of stock too. I’ve been checking it religiously and it’s never even been low stock. Now it’s just gone…
yup. my FB asks about that one too… and the vanilla citrus spice. but i have noticed that verdant is terribad at answering wall posts – i’ve had them post their own stuff the same day i post stuff, and not get an answer lol. i’m just too swamped to send an email heh

haha, i know! I feel like I should start hoarding mine…I just bought 3 ounces in my last order but wish I had got more.
i try to order 3-4 oz at a time…because if i ever need to bump up another order to get free shipping, then i can always add more LB lol
They had 6 lb is LB yesterday, perhaps someone panic buyed or it was sold to one of their wholesale clients.
I’m hoping that Eight Treasures Yabao will come back. I would like the Genmaicha though if I had to choose, lol it would be Eight Treasures hands down.
