I brewed this using 195°F water for 3 minutes and put it in the refrigerator to chill overnight.
This is delicious. I love the soft creamy cinnamon, and I’m sure I taste a hint of butter. The aftertaste is almost cinnamon roll. The black tea melds really well into these flavors and adds maltiness without bitterness or astringency. This tea tastes best when it is allowed to come to the cool side of room temperature.
