Kenya Kangaita from Butiki Teas
Royal Coconut from Tealuxe
Lychee Oolong from Butiki Teas
90

Having tried Butiki’s Lychee Oolong, I had to make sure that I didn’t immediately seek to compare this tea to Naivetea’s Lychee. I did enjoy this version of Lychee Oolong. The lychee flavor was sweet, strong and worked very well with the type of the oolong used as the base for this blend. It is a great tea and definitely worth trying.

Wonderful lychee flavor and aroma! I followed the steeping instructions provided, and this tea was fantastic. With each subsequent steeping, the lychee flavor became more prominent and sweeter. It is a wonderful tea and will definitely be a staple.

Organic Bancha from Butiki Teas
82

Very nice hearty flavor. This tea has the aroma of rice with nutty and buttery notes. This is a great green tea to have in your collection.

Jasmine Pearls from Narien Teas

Gunpowder from Adagio Teas
84

A nice green tea. It is very flavorful and stands up to several infusions (I think 3 is solid). It is really good with honey. With subsequent infusions, I add approximately 50 seconds.

I just finished a cup of this tea… so the memories are still fresh in my head. Simply delightful is the best way to describe this tea. I followed the instructions provided on the bag of tea, added a bit of honey and the flavors of roasted nuts and pine were heightened. This tea has complex flavors, but they blend together harmoniously. Definitely recommend trying this!

Peppermint from Adagio Teas
89

Wonderful peppermint tea! It makes a soothing, delightful cup for evenings and winding down. It will remain a staple in my home.

Queen Mary Tea from Culinary Teas
89

This is a full-bodied tea. Though delightful on its own merit, it is just wonderful when milk and sugar is added. It is a great addition to any afternoon/evening. Whenever I take a sip, I feel at peace.

Earl Grey Bravo from Adagio Teas
95

This is a great Earl Grey; it has the necessary heaping of bergamot and the cornflowers. This is a fantastic tea. With a splash of milk and artisan honey, I reached Nirvana.

Ali Shan from Adagio Teas
80

This was my first ali shan, and I will definitely try more! The floral aroma of this tea is delightful. I felt relaxed and happy drinking it. With subsequent infusions, this tea became even more aromatic, with its honey and orchid undertones becoming more prominent. I really liked this!

Blueberry from Adagio Teas
85

The taste of blueberry in this tea is spectacular. Refreshing, delicious and is good warm and iced. This tea is also nice when mixed with vanilla tea.

Lady Londonderry from Culinary Teas

This tea has wonderful characteristics. There is a great fruity flavor while also being full-bodied. Using milk only makes this tea more great. I recommend this tea to anyone that likes black tea. I

Cream Earl Grey from Culinary Teas
93

Fantastic Earl Grey! The vanilla in this tea makes it wonderfully creamy and goes well with the bergamot. I think I like this tea more than Culinary’s standard Earl Grey; there is no bitterness in this cup. It is just very smooth and is meant to be savored.

Long Island Strawberry Sencha from Culinary Teas
92

Refreshing tea. The taste of the strawberry is prominent and doesn’t taste artificial at all. This will be a staple in my home, for sure!

Cream Earl Grey from Culinary Teas
93

A nice tea. Milder than Culinary’s regular Earl Grey, this is a very sweet and aromatic. i like this version of the Cream Earl Grey. I recommend trying it.

Wuyi Ensemble from Adagio Teas

When I first tried this tea, I was unimpressed. The woody flavor wasn’t, er, my cup of tea. One the second steeping of these leaves, however, I was very pleased to find a balanced cup of delicious tea! A few days later, I tried steeping dry leaf again, this time making sure to awaken the leaves by pouring boiling water over them and discarding this first brew. Upon drinking my tea, a bright smile spread across my face as notes of honey and pecans hit my senses. While a dash of sugar was nice, this tea is really special all on its own. Just awesome tea! Definitely one of my favorites.

Profile

Bio

My love for loose-leaf tea began in 1999 while in Baku, Azerbaijan. I am a fan of watching the leaves unfurl. Though I truly adore a cup of early grey with a splash of milk and sugar, I am always searching for new teas to try.
