So finishing his off tomorrow! haha I’ve got some samples and some tea inbound tomorrow so i am trying to get a few more teas closer to sipdown. Overall an enjoyable tea day today….and tomorrow it’s back to the grind ugh.

this isn’t really a fair review, but i at least wanted to track that i had this one. I pulled this one out in an effort to start getting through more of my puerh and spent a chunk of time breaking this one down. The brew for today was just a western brew of about 2 mins with the small bits that broke off. I’ll do a proper gonfu session with the better bits at a later date. I figure having this western is a good thing as well, since maybe i can start doing western brews with the teas i take to work.

took a break from puerh to have a cup of this. So happy this is back in my cupboard.

drank this one over the course of the morning and while i enjoyed it – it’s not one i need to keep around. I actually think i have a friend at work who would really like this one as an intro to puerh, sine they’ve been asking me about it lately. So i’m going to bundle it up for her as a holiday mini present.

sipdown! because man did i fall off the wagon in November. I need to just assume that will be the case every year and adjust my goals accordingly haha. I really like the neat teas that allister offers on his site. Hoping that i can get in to more of a rotation with some of my blacks so that i can set up some “reorders” heh Sad to see thie one go, but enjoyed having it around!

day off today and i’m hoping to get a bunch of stupid things around the house done. i hate all the little things that pile up but they need to get done every now and then. For the most part, we’re pretty good about things but we could really use some down time to tackle our “garage” bedroom. It’s a bit of a mess in there between the bikes, the car tires, the square foot garden project my husband has started etc… lol While it’s a little crazy in there, it’s nice to have the extra room for that sort of thing since i can close the door and pretend nothing’s happening there. haha the joys of apartment living!

Part of my to do list includes looking at trying a few more puerh today but i wanted to start things off with a delicious straight tea that i’m super close to a sipdown on. I’ll need to pick up more of this once i’m out (and my cupboard is back under control!)

cup of this tonight after getting a little chilled riding today. Thankfully though, i’ve got tomorrow off to relax around the house before another 4 day week, followed by a super long weekend (thank you christmas and boxing day). haha. I’m nearly at the end of this, so i figure maybe i can wrap this up before the end of the year so that i’m not AS terribly off of my goal.
