Go ahead CS haters, go ahead and hate. I used to be one of you. You’ll come around one day. Mid 80’s yesterday with oppressive humidity. A little peppermint chill with some vanilla and cinnamon thrown in, really made this a welcome cup to finish the day.

I wonder if I could replicate that feeling by mixing some of my homemade vanilla extract with peppermint tea and a bit of cinnamon? I will post if I give it a go.

I suspect keeping the cinnamon in check will be the toughest part. It will be interesting to see if it is possible to improve on this one – it is awfully good.
