Silver Needle

I actually discovered California Tea House through Steepster. So glad I did! This is hands down the best Silver Needle I’ve ever had. According to the label it is USDA Organic which actually sometimes scares me in terms of flavor, but this came out perfect. Smooth, soft and still well rounded.

I really am enjoying this Silver Needle. I am on my second cup this morning and I rarely drink two cups of tea back to back. Maybe I did the perfect steep. (notice I take the credit!) This tea has an very refreshing tone, and it is flavorful while being about as smooth of Silver Needle as I may have ever had. Good morning!

I know I shouldn’t have caffeine tea this late, but I couldn’t help myself. I had one of these guy’s blooming teas lately at a friend’s party and so I had to try the straight up Silver Needle. It’s divine. A very mild sweetness that you can’t get enough of. I’ll stay up late for this.

Very nice.. for the refined tea drinker

This tea is very subtle, which makes it a perfect tea for me to drink in between two other types of tea. I never get tired of this tea. It is very important with this tea to use soft water with few minerals, else the taste of the water wil overshadow the taste of the tea.

I was sipping this whilst tasting some quirky dim sum, it was perfect just cleansing my palette, I need to buy this again..

Very light and delicate- exactly how white tea should be.

Lovely tea ! Went out of way to order this into India – you don’t get it here ! Worth the effort ! :-) Mellow, Sweet, Mild aroma – just the way a white tea should be for me !
