Its amazing how fast someones tastes can change.
Earlier this year, when I was just starting to get into loose leaf, I got this. I had heard that is was pretty good and I was feeling adventurous.
And I liked it! It struck me as being a very good rose tea. But now that I’ve tried more tea, my affection for it has waned a little.
Its still a decent rose black, but I have discovered better ones. I’ll still drink this up without problems.

Oooh, what would you say is your favourite rose black?

Terri HarpLady

(listening in from her lurking corner…) ?

I would say Rose Scented, by Harney and Sons, is the current favorite. Its so light and lovely.

I need chocolate. Bring on the tea!
I dropped a tea cup that a friend gave me, and its shattered beyond repair. Bummer.
All the more reason to drink tea. Fortunatly I have some back up cups, but I’ll still miss that one.

Sorry for the loss of your teacup :(

Awww. I know that feeling. :(

You can maybe sand off the edges and drill a hole in a nice piece to use as a necklace pendant?

And I said to myself “self, you have only one sachet of this left, and then it will be a sipdown. You should drink it.”
And so I did.

I tried a slightly longer steep today (though I didnt keep very good track of just how long, I’m afraid), and it has coaxed out some very noticable coco flavor.

More apple pie tea. It is a crip fall morning, and apple pie seems like just the right thing for such a day.

A while ago Fuzzy_Peachkin sent this off to me, and I have had it on my counter, in my sample bowl, being vaugly intimidated by it.
What was Yabao, exactly? I am ashamed to say that I am still not sure, but I decided that today was the day to be brave, and I brewed it up.
Its intrguing, that much I’ll say. And good! Light, floral, with a touch of cream and a wonderous spring-like quality. (So a perfect tea for October, eh?)
Its still a bit mysterious to me, and this is all I have, but I have thoroughly enjoyed it.

After sipping down two beloved teas this morning, I have remembered my ol commitment to drinking at least one cup of meh tea every day. Thats fallen a bit to the wayside, as I’ve been busy. When I’m busy I seem to indulge in my nice tea, and ignore the meh.
But we’re back now.
I have a lot of this. More than I thought I did. I would have sworn I was farther along with this.
Oh well, time to get sipping. I want it gone before black friday!

Another bittersweet sipdown from this morning.
I will have you again, Marco Polo. You are too magnificent not to get again. Someday, when I am very, very good indeed.
Until we meet again.

if you get desperate we can always do a swap sometime. I have a bunch left.

Oh, me too. When it comes to Marco Polo, I am very swap-minded.

Fab! I may take you guys up on it in the future.

Its time. Time for Sipdown!
Its gone (sniff), my dancy, light, lovely tea is gone now.
I dont know if I shall ever have it again, as its not easily accessable to me, but it was wonderful while I had it.
Goodbye, Loke Lani!

Awww. Many sads.

I love tea! I confess that I was a hot chocolate lover for most of my life, but recently a switch has gone off in my brain, and suggested that I might just love tea. And I do!
I’m a bit of a novice, but an enthusiastic one, and am happily sipping new varieties all the time.
I love vanilla, fruity, and caramel flavors, and cant wait to try more.
