Another adgio tea from my swap with terri. She was kind enough to toss a bunch of these into my swap with her as i won’t willingly touch the stuff myself because of a bunch of bad experiences with adagio previously.

I’m not sure how i feel about this tea..it’s sort of like a sweet black tea with a dash of cinnamon. My brain can’t figure this one out this morning. It’s not bad, though i’m still not a fan of adagios tea bases apparently. Interesting tea for now :)

While this is not my favourite keemun to date, this is a lovely cup of tea. There’s a bit of astringency here that isn’t my fav but it’s not overwhelming and certainly doesn’t ruin the cup. Glad to have tried this one..i will try all the teas someday.

This will likely become a reorder whenever i get around to placing another della terra order. not because this blows me out of the water or anything but because as far as orange cream teas go, this is relatively decent and has the benefit of being rooibos. While i prefer the lime and lemon chiffon, this one is less of a tangy brew than the two of them, so it’s a nice counter to them.

I’m sorry to say that I totally ended up drinking this and got to the bottom of the cup without really paying attention to what i was drinking. Not that it was bad, but we were watching a show and I guess i was involved with it :) I have a bit more that I’ll use to make a proper tasting note but this was a pretty good tea – though the specifics escape me :)

SIPDOWN! though it’s only until i get my actual order from kittenna in may. Terriharplady was awesome enough to send me the last little bit of hers because she had another order on the way. heh That’s how awesome she is!

So i get to try this and now, now i’m glad that i’ve got almost 2oz coming my way. I think most of the reviews have covered off how good this is. I just wanted to add that funnily enough it smells a lot like red leaf’s caramel matcha when i opened the bag. though that’s about as similar as they are lol

I am thoroughly going to enjoy re-steeping this tonight while i relax and enjoy my tv shows and delicious dinner.

(oh yeah..260 sipdowns! yes i can count, it’s just that i had to add in the few teas i picked up from tastybrew)

thanks again terri for this one! I quiet enjoyed having this one again today as the weather is cold and rainy and dreary outside. :)

gross. ick. no thank you. I’m sure there are folks out there who will love this as a green tropical blend but i pretty much just put the last of the sample i split back into the bag for kittenna so that it’s not in my house anymore lol

Not overly a fan of this one. It’s sweet and peach like and i guess it could be a good one to have on your cupboard if you want more rooibos non caffeine blends but that’s as far as i’ll go. overall pretty meh.

soooo no poprocks that i can see or hear. Sadly this tastes like every other cinnamon sort of tea out there. rest of this going into my swap box since i can do without since there are better out there if i REALLY want a cinnamon tea.

more backlogs though sadly as a result my tasting notes are admittedly kinda of crap. that’s what you get for having a steepster that decides to up and die on the weekend BOOOOOOOOOO!
