I received this tea in my monthly Rosali Tea box and was intrigued by the flavor notes that were described: melon, artichoke, and seaweed. To my surprise, with each steeping (the description said you’re supposed to steep it 3 times) each flavor note was present and I was surprised at how complex and different each cup tasted!

This is not a green tea for casual use— it is a tea that is meant to be slowly savored and enjoyed. I think it would be a waste to chug this down while you’re working or something; it’s a great slow Saturday morning tea.

Flavors: Artichoke, Melon, Seaweed

Hi! I’ve been into tea for about a year now, thanks to my good fortune of living near a lot of wonderful tea shops in the San Francisco Bay Area.

As you can guess, I really like oolong tea, but I couldn’t live without Earl Grey. I like to branch out and try new things, and learn more about tea as much as I can!
