It has happened – I think my taste buds are on strike. All I get from this beautiful browny-red tea is a bitterness. Where has all that fruity sweetness gone? I think probably went flying out the window when I over-steeped this tea. This one requires some kind of sweetener – a whole packet of the ’sugar in the raw natural cane turbinado sugar from hawaii" just disappeared into my glass mug (16 oz) then TWO. Unprecedented (I rarely, if ever, sweeten my tea). Bitter and Sweet. Sweet and Bitter. No ratings, I will have to do better with the steep next time for a rated review!
