15103 Tasting Notes
Sample from dexter that i enjoyed today. I have to say this was pretty much pumpkin spice – in a similar vein to stacy’s pumpkin cheesecake. that is to say, i didn’t much get chocolate either, and i wasn’t blown away by this one. it wasn’t a bad cup of tea, but i’m glad to have had the chance to try it before i picked up a larger quantity myself. thanks for the share dexter!
Another one that i pulled out this morning and thoroughly enjoyed. Something to be said about how this one takes me back to morning with mom at the UofA reference library. all those wonderful dusty books, the quiet, the learning…the time with mom. heavenly.
moar banana! actually i don’t remember much about this one as i was drinking it while desperatly trying to get the house clean while the rental dog was out for a hike. haha will need to try it again soon!
admittedly i’ve had a litte wine now…so i’m not focused on this note. omgsrsly sent this to me and indicated on the bag that i should have it as a latte or nogtea…so i did. and it was goo esp once i added a little vanilla sugar to the mix.
…also jr mints + red wine = happy place for Sil.

oh yes… but like WITH the wine… both in your mouth at the same time – most people drink wine with a meal and forget to actually have both in their mouth at the same time…not that i’m saying jr mints are a meal…i mean they could be..

I’ve been craving red wine something fierce these past few days. Chocolate and red wine, I can see, but the peppermint, I can’t even imagine what that would be like.
we did a junk food pairing at a winery. It made my day our of all the junk food we did. the others were chips, chocolate chip cookies and twizzlers. All paired with different types of wines.
also depends on the red – but i haev a good sense for what i like when doing it heh now
Another one from omgsrsly this one smells divine. what’s confusing to me is that this tastes like a fairly normal citrus blend, but there are peppercorns, coconut and cardamom in here…but all i’m really getting is lemon orange citrus delight. Not that i’m complaining, but it seems funny that i’m not getting some of the other flavours in here. either way, still a fun cup and tasty!
Apple teas are a dime a dozen. 95% of them are also spiced apple teas – cinnamon or otherwise. this one is no exception but it’s still pretty decent. there’s a little vanilla here to smooth out the cinnamon, and while the ingredients mention ginger, i’m not getting any. either way, this is tasty but nothing i need in my cupboard on a permanent basis! thanks omgsrsly
LIME TEA YAY! i love lime teas as a general rule. omgsrsly picked this one up for me and even though it’s a green tea (all the good lime ones are) – i am a fan. it’s more sour than sweet, and i’m ok with that. While this is good hot, also hoping the cold brew of this one will be tasty. thank you my tea friend! like this one!
